The Stamford Family YMCA is excited to announce that Hamp Miller Jr. has joined us as our Membership Sales and Engagement Director. He looks forward to working and building a stronger relationship with the Stamford Community.

During his tenure there, grant funding more than doubled with adherence to strict program guidelines and performance aided by introducing and implementing innovative programming in social-emotional support and development, academic support (high school credit recovery), vocational training courses, and other creative programming.

Hamp received his BBA in Marketing from Temple University School of business. He completed additional coursework in real estate, personal finance, and a host of courses related to staff development, program fiscal management, and implementation provided by the 21st Community Learning Center for the state of NY and Department of Education, Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) needed for compliance to federal grant management. He lives in Norwalk, CT, with his wife, Less. Frequent visits from family and friends, yard work, and mentoring keep them busy.
